Welcome to Eco Paw Spa. By booking an appointment, using our services, or visiting our facility, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to ensure a safe, relaxing, and professional grooming experience for every pet and peace of mind for every pet parent.


1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments are required and must be scheduled in advance.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service total.

  • Habitual no-shows may be required to prepay for future services.


2. Late Arrivals

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients.

  • Late arrivals may be subject to a late fee or reduced service time at full cost.


3. Pet Health & Behavior

  • All pets must be healthy, up-to-date on vaccinations, and free of parasites (fleas, ticks, etc.).

  • If your pet has any medical conditions, anxiety, or behavioral issues, please notify us when booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for pets that are aggressive, overly stressed, or unsafe to groom.


4. Matted Fur & Special Handling

  • Severely matted pets may require additional time and care. A dematting fee may apply.

  • We will always prioritize your pet’s comfort and safety over aesthetics—this may include shaving down matted coats if necessary.

  • We will not risk injuring your pet for the sake of preserving fur length.


5. Accidents & Emergencies

  • While we do our best to prevent injuries, grooming involves tools and handling that carry inherent risks.

  • In the rare event of an injury or health concern, we will contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you and emergency care is required, you authorize us to seek veterinary assistance at your expense.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with your pet’s grooming, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

  • We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to make reasonable adjustments if contacted promptly.


7. Photos & Marketing

  • We may take photos of your pet before or after grooming for promotional purposes on our website or social media.

  • If you prefer your pet’s photo not be used, please let us know at check-in.


8. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods as listed on-site.

  • Returned checks or failed payments are subject to a $25 fee.


9. Privacy

  • Your personal information will never be sold or shared. We only use your contact info to manage appointments, provide updates, and communicate regarding your pet’s care.
